RETURNS ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE £100 FEE 

Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by tracked express mail. We will refund the original amount minus £100 as long as items are in same condition and not worn.

Items on sale or have been sourced specifically for you like Luxury Watches or Brand Jewellery are non refundable and can only be exchanged within 14 days.

UK Returns

Please contact us on “[email protected]” detailing your return. We will contact you shortly after with return instructions. We will respond with return instructions within 24 hours. We strongly recommend you use a tracked service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Before returning, please contact us first; we are not responsible for any packages posted without our consent or lost in transit. 

RETURNS ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE £100 FEE

We do refund on all items (apart from earrings) within 14 days from the day you receive the item if it is unused, untainted & Undamaged. Email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-7 day period. Please note; we are happy to take the items back if they are in good condition. Items which are subject to rejection of a refund are used, damaged or worn items.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund , first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
